Dhatim provides its Wallet Solution to answer the Prepaid BlackBerry need of Mobile Operator in an advanced and fully integrated way.

This solution enables a real-time billing in a transparent way for Mobile Operator network and with no impact on the running BlackBerry service.

Based on its maturity and understanding of the BlackBerry eco-system, Wallet Service benefits from various key strengths:

Reduced time to market
  • One month lead-time is enough to deploy the Wallet solution into the Operator network. Wallet solution has been designed to lower at its minimum the integration effort.
  • No impact on the Operator’s Prepaid, Billing or Provisioning Platforms
  • No modification of the existing contract between the service Provider and the Operator.
Up-to-date User Ergonomy with Operator Brand
  • An Embedded Smartphone Application that relies on rich and powerful development APIs interfaces and takes advantage of the Smartphone leadership in user-friendliness and optimisation of the graphic interfaces. Much more than a simple premium charging mechanism, Wallet is a complete application suite fully embedded into Smartphone screens and menus.
  • An Operator branded solution that provides an explicit presence of the Operator on the Smartphone with Interactive menus which gives to the Operator the role of leader of the Smartphone eco-system.

Charging Flexibility
  • Duration based charging; current Smartphone offer will then evolve from monthly fees to impulsive payment of days of usage (1 day, 1 week, 1 month)
  • More sophisticated charging such as volume based charging whereby data volume is paid by the End-User with a real-time control of the usage. Wallet Service option brings volume charging and control capabilities on the device.
  • On-demand services for both prepaid and postpaid users with the same charging flexibility.
Usage control by the mobile user
  • Full control of the usage by the user from the Wallet client
  • The suspend feature (log on /off on the Services) allows him to pay for the Service only when it desires to use it. Also the user is the only one attributing credit to its Services, no risk to jeopardize the other Operator services such as voice or sms, the user being the Master of its main mobile account.

  • Wallet Service for on-demand Smartphone offers
  • And for all ASP Services running on the Smartphone that will benefit from a unique Wallet management and easy payment.
